… maybe just 22 cards mapped on to the 22 majors. Not necessarily following the well trodden path of what has come before (the devil, the tower, strength, etc.) but not necessarily NOT following that well trodden path. 
eg: The Waveform: this might map on to The Fool because, it all starts with a sound and the waveform is a visual representation of that
Perhaps work in collaboration with an artist familiar to us through the Journal? (Jane Hudson comes to mind)
For myself, I might be able to come up with a concept? theme? archetype? for each card—for example “disclosure”, “veil”, “silence”, “the virtual field (of possibility)”, etc.
Maybe attempt to connect them with the more “known archetypes” stated above?
Who would buy such a thing? How many acousmatic music (or deep listening, or electroacoutstic music fans are out there that also connect with the Tarot? Maybe a few, I have no idea)

Bandcamp can act as the storefront-there are numerous music artists that sell there visual art there as well
No idea on costs—I would probably buy a bunch myself and gift them
