Cosmos.coop Supporting & Creative Members can start conversations by starting a new topic (also called a post).
Note: Free users can only comment on posts, not create them. Want to create a post, or host an entire channel? Consider joining today!
To start a new topic:
1. Navigate to the category where you want your topic to be hosted.
You can get to the category from your home page OR use the left hand side bar.
Let’s say I want my topic in (category) Commons → (subcategory) Undercommons. I would click on Commons from the sidebar or homepage, then, Undercommons. Now my screen should look like this:
2. Click “New Topic” button in the upper right. A pop-up window will appear at the bottom of your screen.
3. Compose your topic contents:
a) Make sure you enter a title for your post
b) Make sure your post is in the correct category
c) Add optional tags
d) Fill out the body of your post
When complete, click “Create Topic”.
That’s it! 
Now you can share, tag, and invite others to your post.
