Deepak offers some sobering comments. What are the boundary conditions as this new challenge to our ongoing embodiment alters our plans? We are no longer becoming what we were becoming. We are living in a messy world. Those of us familiar with Bernardo Kastrup’s work will hear some echos. Along with his recommendations for doing breath work and rhythmic movement, I would encourage cold showers. I also like the idea of rubbing elbows rather than shaking hands. Breathe deep while you sleep. We shall overcome, good people.
